I Just got a Echo Dot and installed the Alexa skill, but all my players are refusing to start media.
Alexa sees the players, it can pause and unpause the media but cannot start a new episode. Everything seems fine but I get this in the player logs:
Failed to process command from path “/player/playback/playMedia”
On the same player, Plex Assistant works wonders and can start media with other devices.
Help?
