All content showing up under Movies but actually in multiple folders

Server Version#:4.69.1
Player Version#:8.30.2.31202
Running on TrueNAS Version: TrueNAS-12.0-U8

In the TrueNAS Plex jail I have:
movies in the Movies folder
home movies in the “Home Movies” folder
television shows in the “TV Shows” folder
music in the “Music” folder
All files are owned by plex:plex
All folders are 770
All files are 660
When I open the Plex web page, I can see everything as is should be.
When I open the Plex app, I can see everything as is should be.

The problem I am having is when I select the Library in Movies on the Plex web page I see all videos (from Movies, Home Movies, TV Shows).

If I select Recommended, it appears to only show Movies (as expected) but it is chopped up into:
Continue Watching
Recently Released Movies
Recently Added Movies
etc.

My two questions are:

  1. Should ALL videos ever show up under Movies?
  2. Is there any way to just get a list of all movies alphabetically?

So, I deleted the Movies tab and added it back in. Now it looks the way I would expect
