Sorry, but you’re going to need to provide more details. Maybe even provide the XML for that show and the Plex server logs.
I used the free version of malwarebytes anti-malware software and it got rid of all the malware on my computer and now plex videos works for me so maybe it was the malware on my computer that cause plex to not play the videos in my plex library
