If I go to my TV and use the Plex app, the same shows will play almost instantly. PC, Plex Server, TV, are all on the same network. I asked a friend to try out one of the shows I was having issues with, and he can access it remotely on his PC.
Any ideas?

Yes, loading = play in my terminology.
My issue is that it plays on other platforms, and even remotely without issue. Why can I not use my browser to stream?
I used to be able to play without any issues on my PC (browser), and I want to say in the last 3 days it has become an issue. Days are blurring together as transferring took such a long time. Why is it an issue now? Is my server to big?
Your logs are showing me that it’s still scanning / indexing the media and adding it to the database + getting metadata.
Do your scheduled tasks run at 19:00:00 (7pm) hours or is this media being added?
