Playlists stopped working

I have about 30 different playlists with anywhere from 20 songs to 300 songs that suddenly stopped working. I either get a playback error that says "an error occurred loading items to play or the playlist loads and says “there are no items in this playlist”. It looks like most of the songs within them have disappeared as they no longer show any mins for the duration. From what I have read on the forums it sounds like my database has been corrupted. I tried optimizing, cleaning bundles and emptying trash but that didn’t seem to do anything. If anything it caused more of the playlists to disappear!

I have a few questions:

  1. I am using a “My Cloud Home” as the server and as far as I can tell there is no way to access the database to repair them. It doesn’t work as a normal NAS. Is there a way?
  2. I could also try loading a previous backup but once that would be located on the My Cloud Home and I don’t think there is a way to access this.
  3. Is there a way to export just the info of the playlist so I can just rebuild them. Like an m3u file?

Any other ideas? Was really loving having playlists going on Plex - hope I can save them somehow!
