Missing audio playlist

Between logins, the Plex server lost an audio playlist (it is no longer visible but the audio files in the list are still available).

I ran all Troubleshooting actions (Optimize Database, Clean Bundles) to no avail.

This is the second time in a year that I have lost audio playlists.

Please advise.
