All of a sudden I get “This server is not powerful enough to convert video” for all videos in 4k

During a playback of a 4k HDR movie on our Samsung 4k TV (UE75AU9002KXXH) it suddenly went black and could not play it or any 4k titles. When checking on the server (8700k, 16GB DDR4, Samsung SATA SSD, GTX1060, Win11) I get the infamous “This server is not powerful enough to convert video” message for all of the 4k videos which I could playback 100% well before. I did not update anything, the system configuration was not changed and it was not transcoding anything for these titles. I can easily play it back using any players (e.g. VLC) on the Windows machine. I have Yearly Plex Pass.

I’m getting this error trying to play back from pc for ALL titles, not just 4K.
