Sometime last night all the friends I had have vanished from my friend’s list. I had roughly 100 friends.
Plex Version 3.31.1 Updated yesterday.

Did you recently pass on a device with a Plex app on it to somebody else?
Or did you have someone at home as a guest who had access to one of your plex clients?
Your friends were regularly deleted (by hand, one after another) from a device that was signed in to your account.

No, This is very strange. I have now changed my password. Is there any way to restore/undo this?

I did that as well. Can you give me any other details like a location or an ip or device type?
