Checked after routine shut down of plex, when loaded back up the libraries where gone along with all the friends i added as well as home users. More concerning is that my pin was also changed.
Now adding the libraries again seems like the watched history is retained.
Any clue on what went wrong?
How did you gain access to your server?
Went through the forgot pin process, my login cred for plex were not changed

UPDATE:
Some of the media was deleted from my local drive and my nas, media on my local drive is recoverable from the trash folder but some of the items in the nas have been lost.
PMS doesn’t do that BUT still, I would stop what you are doing and disable “Allow media deletion” under settings → library.
Don’t forget to SAVE CHANGES
Then go here and look at any strange devices and when they were last logged in.

Is there a way I can get a list of what TV Shows and Movies I had on it before the wipe?
Not that I know of. It only logs when something is played… LOL! My computer went bye-bye. Had to wait for parts. The forum kept what I typed before it died!!
Anyhow, not that I know of. Tautulli logs active streams and Tautulli Login(what ever that means). You may need to hit up the support thread for specifics.
