I can only access online content (news, tidal, podcasts, etc) if I use a web browser and https://app.plex.tv/desktop# for access. All of these are missing if I go to my server IP. None of the online content shows up on an Apple TV, Pixel Phone, iPad with the exception of watch later content. So Tidal, News, Podcasts, Web Shows are all gone. It all worked yesterday without issue. No firewall is on. Oddly it started after signing up for Tidal.
Tidal does not show up on any devices. News shows up on my phone, but no content.
Tidal info is very sporadic for me. I’m guessing they still have some bugs to work out.
I unlinked and then relinked the tidal account. Signed out on all devices. I got the web stuff back, like news, podcasts. Tidal is working on my pixel phone. No tidal on Apple TV or iPad. I wasn’t sure if it has made it that far. I get how new stuff works. I totally appreciate all the effort the programmers put into this. Was hoping for a simple fix.
ATV doesn’t have Tidal capability yet.
Currently usable Plex apps for Tidal:
- ‘hosted’ web app
- Android mobile
- Android TV
- iOS
- Plexamp
Did you verify that the iPad has at least version 5.7.2 of the Plex app?

It is there now on the iPad. Thanks for the info on the Apple TV. So I am good on this. Everything is working as expected. Hopefully the Apple TV is coming soon. Again thanks to everyone for the help and the good people working to make Plex even better.
