Tidal not showing when connected tidal account. Running linux server Version 1.25.9.5721 . Tidal connected with existing account
Tidal is showing my library at the mac desktop app. But not on android phone, android tv, appleTV4k. Tidal does not show my library.
Have you already checked the More
section in the sidebar to see if the Tidal/Music section is simply not pinned?
Any network restrictions that could cause this?

when I am using plexamp with tidal I got error unable to load data.
Is that on the same desktop where you can access Tidal through the Plex desktop app?
yes it is the same desktop, but on android TV I have the same issues
From what I’ve been reading, Tidal only allows a single stream through your Plex apps… though that doesn’t explain why it seems to fail to connect in the first place. According to status.plex.tv there’s been some outage earlier this week – maybe there’s still some stale connection/cache information.
Does the issue persist if you force-quit the respective apps and restart it (maybe reboot the mobile / Android TV)?
i deleted data (cache), forced stopped device, reboot androidtv, still no tidal library
i did the same on android phone. Still same issue
Can it be the problem because I am running on raspberry pi 3b? Test it with nuc, same problem
The Tidal library isn’t stored on your server – so that won’t have an impact. It’s more likely some issue with the connection. Do you get the same result if your Android isn’t connected to your WIFI?

I meant your Android phone.
I want to see if the Tidal section will properly load if you’re not in your home network. This way we can see if this is an issue in your home network or something else entirely.
when I do remote acces (without wifi) tidal is there but still not loading tidal library. Somehow it does not sync the linked account.
I did now order a account with plex-tidal premium . Still tidal is not showing up I though I try it that way with a new account. But no luck
Hmm… that’s rather weird.
Maybe you best contact Contact | Plex to get this sorted out.
I did contact plex.
Next I tried. Everywhere I deleted cookies and data. Login to a new plex account and test there the tidal connection. Same problem tidal account is not sync to any plex accounts.
I got this work arround from support. But it does not work . In the webapp tidal is working. Only there.
We recommend you start by trying:
- Go to your https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/online-media-sources account page and disable the Music/TIDAL provider
- On your Sign In | Plex account page, unlink TIDAL, and then link it fresh
- Back on the Online Media Sources page, enable the Music/TIDAL provider again
- Wait 10 minutes for changes to propagate
- Restart (e.g. force-quit and launch) the player app
