I See Tidal on My PC but not on my TV or Android G8

I opted to try the 30 free day subscription to Tidal yesterday. I loaded in on my PC and everything seemed to go fine. I see Tidal on my PC, I have been adding artists and beginning to explore. I then went to see it on my TV and on my Android G* phone and it is not there. I see I have The other online products like Podcasts and Web shows show up on all three but the Tidal does not. I have gone to all the Plex and Tidal setup screens to try to look for a page where additional devices can be added but so far I cannot find that. Please help…

Try signing out of your plex.tv account and back in on your phone.

Good thought. I tried logging out of Plex on my PC and I still could not bring Tidal up on my phone or TV after restarting the app on each device.
Another thought?

I told you to log out on your phone, not on your PC.

I now have the Tidal on my telephone by logging out and back in again.
I have tried the same with the TV with no luck and I have tried un-linking and re-linking the TV to my PC and I have still had no luck. Any other thoughts for the TV?

What type of TV is it?

It is a new Samsung TV flat panel, it is a smart TV but I also have a smart Marantz Amp and I drive the system via the amp.

Are you using a genuine Plex app on the TV or are you just using the generic DLNA client?

I will get the TV type, but I would like to relay something else first.

I just scrolled down on the Plex music screen and saw a new section added named “New Releases On Tidal” . When I select the first album shown, I received a new error screen which says “Content Unavailable” Sorry We couldn’t load the requested content.
It seems to know there is an account, it is just not loading it.
I will now get that TV type information.

Sorry, I don’t see a Samsung TV in your account. Are you sure you have signed it into your plex.tv account?

On my TV I have Roku. I use Roku as my primary user interface to the entertainment we have. I downloaded the Plex app on Roku and then signed into my Plex account set up on my PC. I see everything on the TV that I see on my PC except Tidal. I deleted the Plex app on Roku and reloaded it. On my PC I see I am logged into https://app.plex.tv/desktop. I do not see a URL on my TV but I assume it must be the same account.

Oh Damn. I was looking forward to it.
I would not know how to organize without Roku.
I will go in and cancel my Tidal account.
