OK, I’m at a loss and need some help and guidance…
I have My TV series in the following directory structure:
TV/ShowName/SeasonXX/Files
Subtitles are automatically downloaded (using SZ) and named the same as the episode filename but ending in .en.srt e.g:
Show.Name.S01E01.mp4
Show.Name.S01E01.en.srt
Show.Name.S01E02.mp4
Show.Name.S01E02.en.srt
Show.Name.S01E03.mp4
Show.Name.S01E03.en.srt
However, when trying to select a subtitle in the client (so far same on Web, FireTV, Mobile, SmartTV etc) It lists every subtitle for that season for each episode, all just “English - SRT External”. So for a season with 8 episodes, there are 8 listings for subtitles for each episode.
This makes it a nightmare to choose the right one or manage etc.
What am I doing wrong? What can I provide to help diagnose why Plex lists all the subtitles in the folder for each episode.
