Hello, I have plex hosted by asustor as6604 and everything was working fine 2 days ago then in the middle of the movie subtitles just stopped showing. Since then I havent been able to get subtitles to show again, subtitles are selected and are showing as an option the same way as before but when selected they are not showing on any player (I tested 2 Tizen os tvs, 1 fire tv and windows browser player). I ve also tried to force show the subtitles by selecting subtitle burn in but after that has been selected transcoder never starts up the screen just keeps being black. I tried to restore database backup from 10 days ago but that didnt help, I tried updating to the latest version and none of that helped.
UPDATE: I reinstalled plex on asustor. After uninstalling plex trough asustor app store i deleted everyting from plex folder. The issue still persists after reinstalling plex. Even after I reinstalled plex, the users are still there and the plex server is claimed. How can the user structure already be there after all the data has been deleted also how is the server already claimed? Are there any hidden plex files that also need to be deleted for a complete uninstall?
I updated asustor nas to the newest update and everything started working back again. But the wierd thing is that nothing was changed before it stopped working it just stopped working. I didnt want to update anything out of principle because everything was working as it should before it stopped.
