Sometimes when I load Plex on my Roku TV ALL thumbnails, backgrounds, and preview information is gone and I have just gray boxes with titles everywhere. If I play a video and complete it when I come back out to the higher level then all the videos after that will have refreshed and shiw data but the items above it are still just gray boxes.
This has been happening for a couple months and finally got frustrated enough with it to finally post about it.
Besides trying new versions of the Roku Plex app and the preview versions of the Roku Plex app as well as updating Plex server itself. All items are on the latest versions right now.
Looking for any suggestions to fix this? If not I can provide logs if needed.
