Roku - Playlist thumbnail missing

Plex for Roku: Thumbnails for playlists do not show in the app. Instead, it shows two images (A,B) in a matrix of four squares like this:

A,B
B,A

Server is on Win 10 (Win Media Server 2020), all software is up to date as of this writing.

Support for user-defined playlist posters was added to the Roku app in version 6.9.15, which I believe is currently in a Preview stage.
