Okay, in all my shows my subtitles show up in under 1 episode and I have to pick the correct one for that episode every time and it is very frustrating. I am using Sub-Zero and it’s been fine until few weeks ago a this started happening.
This seems like it might be a naming convention problem, make sure your episodes are labeled as follows:
Showname - SXXEXX - Description.ext
(Note, Description is Optional)
And make sure the Subtitles are as follows:
Showname - SXXEXX - Description.eng.ext
(Note, Descrition optional again, but if show has description subtitle needs description too)
If that doesn’t help, someone else may have something different, but this is what works for me.
That’s what I thought too but all my shows and subs are renamed to that orientation via Sonarr or me using filebot. As per Subs they are usually named by sub-zero. Here’s a picture of that Suits season folder. Let me know if I’m doing anything wrong here.

I think you might have set How strict should these subtitles existing on the filesystem be detected? to any. Please set it to loose or exact.
Yuppp that fixed it!!! I had no idea that was even an option on Sub-Zero. I had it on auto so I’m guessing it picked strict for some reason.
