Ideally what I would like to do is be able to select multiple tracks in a playlist and be given the same bulk options that I am provided in the library when selecting multiple tracks. Right now I’m attempting to modify tags and rating in bulk to songs that are in playlists. Currently the only bulk option I have right now in playlists is to remove tracks. The UI between playlists and library are completely different and should be the same.
There’s already an existing feature suggestion discussing an option to allow more actions based on multi-selection of items in a playlist. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes. Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
