Allow selection of multiple songs in a playlist so that you can edit them as a group – such as adding tags.

There’s already an existing feature suggestion discussing an option to multi-select items in a playlist and edit them. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.
Current:
Selecting multiple items in a playlist only gives the option to remove from the playlist.
Proposed:
Selecting multiple items in a playlist gives access to the same editing features as exist in collection views, including Edit and Mark as Played.
Why:
Firstly, because playlist sharing is not a feature but collections do work across users/friends, this would be a way to share playlists without needing the full feature. Secondly, it seems logical that from any view you should be able …
