It would be nice to allow keeping the optimized version of the media files instead of the originals. For example, if I optimize an MKV file with the original settings, I do not really need the original anymore, so why waste space on the hard drive? Why not to provide an option to swap the original MKV with the optimized MP4 (or whatever)? Currently, there is no way to do it, even if you want to manually replace the files on the hard drive.
