It sure would be swell if we could disable the ‘dim screen after paused for x minutes’ feature.
Are you talking about a specific Plex client (on what platform?) that’s dimming the screen while paused, or is this a feature of the host operating system?
This is in the Roku app.
I only see this behavior with Plex on Roku. The other Roku apps I use (Netflix, Max) don’t seem to have this problem.
can you share the Roku model and software version where you’re experiencing this? And maybe the version of the Plex app… just to rule out you’re stuck on some outdated release.
