allowedNetworks not fixed?

hi guys,

 

i running the new Plex Media Server 0.9.8.1 - the change log says "allowedNetworks problem fixed" - but when i use a static remote ip address (as example: 87.163.100.58) - with a Netmask 255.255.255.255 (/32) the access is not allowed, but the netmask /32 is correct - i will allow only the access from 87.163.100.58 or another ip. I will allow only one ip-address!

 

The ip address is not local, a remote ip address, but the remote ip address is unchangeable..
