I am using Plex with a HD Homerun Tuner, WD MyCloud Mirror but not able to record Live tv with Plex. I have tried it with Firestick, Firetv, Roku stick and now Nvidia Shield.
It works fine except that I just cannot get the DVR function to record. The errors I get are either Transcoding error or There is not enough disk space to start the recording error. I am able to record to the NAS using the HD Homerun DVR app whcih records fine… I am only having the recording problem with Plex. I have successfully recorded one movie and a part of another. All other recordings fail. I am however able to play with Plex recordings from HR Homerun.
I searched the forums here and cannot seem to find a solution. and for the life of me cannot see what was different with the two movies that recorded and those fail.
