Almost never manage to grab Norwegian metadata from theTVDB.com - why?

This has been a problem for a few years now.

I mainly consume TV shows in English, Swedish and Norwegian. In that order. I usually keep them in the same library (set to English ) and when they’ve been matched in English I just re-match them to Swedish or Norwegian language if that’s the series origin. Why? Because the translations usually isn’t good at all.

That worked perfect until a few years ago. Now it works 90% of the time with Swedish titles and 0,5% of the time with Norwegian titles. I’ve noticed it works best if the series title has been translated to English, so the title is different. If the title is the same in both English and Norwegian its almost impossible to grab the Norwegian data.

Strange! So I thought it would be easier to keep them in separate libraries (set to their own language) but that didn’t work for Norwegian either. Barely worked for Swedish.

I have put the pictures and text myself (many hours…) onto theTVDB.com so I’m 100% certain that the Norwegian (or Swedish) data exists.

Why is this problem with mostly one language?
I read something about a new Plex TV agent, where will that fetch its metadata from? Will Plex kick out theTVDB.com now since they will start to charge for their service (I wish not, I’ve put endless hours there)?

This is my agents list order:

[ ] Personal Media Shows TheTVDB

TheTVDB (greyed)
Local Media Assets (TV)
OpenSubtitles.org
Plex Theme Music
[ ] Fanart.tv

The files are sorted like this on my server:

/unRAID/media/TV-serier/Original language title (year)/
├── Season 1
│ ├── Original language title - S01E01 - Episode name - full media info.mkv
└── Season 2
├── Original language title - S02E01 - Episode name - full media info.mp4
