I’m having trouble retrieving metadata for a tv series.
Specifically this: https://thetvdb.com/series/spongebob-squarepants
The whole first season on thetvdb is updated to my laguage (danish), but only the episodes from 1-21 are retrieving the correct metadata in that language.
The rest of the episodes are turning english (original language).
I have been over thetvdb to double check a few times, and its all looking good.
Is this a bug, or am i missing something?
My library are set to danish, and my agent settings are set to:
What agent have you set for this library in the actual library’s options (⋮ > Manage Library > Edit... → Advanced > Agent)?
The default agent for tv-show libraries is Plex TV Series which isn’t matching data specifically to a single database (most of the times it’ll default to data/episode orders from The Movie Database). From what I can see, there’s barely any Danish translations there.
As i wrote in my post, i have my agent set to TheTVDB as my default agent, and it works perfectly on all other series, but this one.
I have used plex in many years, and this is a first bug i’ve come across.
I did not know about the 72 hours. It has never been an issue when i’ve contributed with new metadata, titles and resumés. Chsnges has always been pretty instant in my experience.
Changes were made a few days ago, so i will give it a few days and try to re-fix match.
