Alternate Audio Tracks

Hello,

I just noticed today that my content libraries alternative audio tracks all have become inaccessible on plex. I have 1080P rips that I have been using with plex for years that have English and Spanish Audio, my kids are bilingual and my wife will play spanish tracks to reinforce their dual language. As of atleast the last patch (possibly the one before) I can’t see the audio tracks at all. I attempted a rescan of each library file but everything shows “Audio None” in the details view of the movie. This used to be populated with English AAC, 5.1, Stereo and spanish options depending on the movie.

I did one other recent update going to ubuntu 18.04, not sure if its related.

Is this in the Web player or in apps? All the apps have been updated. More details are needed please.

Its no where , apps, web app, roku, Amazon app, tivo, android phones, all of them are missing audio track options. I believe the issue is on the server side. I have tested all the files using media players and the tracks are intact but plex does not recognize they are there.

Hover over one of the things where it’s missing completely.

Copy and paste all the media descriptor portion. I do not need the artist/genre/ and all below the media.
Only the contents of the file containing track information

Oddly enough as of this morning all the files now show audio track information. Where as previously all said “None”, completely baffles my mind unless between the ubuntu upgrade and the most recent plex upgrade the library just needed more time to rebuild. Sorry to waist your time.
