Plex Players showing video/audio track as none, even though they can be played

Server Version#: 1.17.0.1709
Player Version#: All players
OS: Ubuntu 18.04
Log link: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ast8bjv7iwIKg-EEZIk57eTjcIDo5A?e=g0xHQL

About half my movies show Video and Audio tracks as none. Picture example.
When playing the media, most players still work(Plex Media Player) but others don’t (Chrome Web Player). When checking the media XML, all the sound/video tracks are listed. Link to XML of a movie

The only way I have found to fix the issue, is to move the media, scan, empty trash and add back again, but this would mean I would have to rebuild my whole library.

I tried optimizing database, empty trash, restarting Plex, restarting server, updating to the newest version, making the media unavailable and adding it again (Without empty trash) and none of it have helped.

The issue started appearing 1-2 weeks ago, but I have not made any changes to the server for a long time.

If any other logs or data is needed please ask! I really don’t want to rebuild again…

No Linux expert here, but this kind of stuff tends to happen if the plex server cannot reach your media files during its maintenance period.

Make sure to not power down/spin-down/sleep your media file storage during this period.
Then tell Plex to update media file analysis during it. This will repair the damage.
If you want to watch a video right now, analyze it manually.

Thank you very much! I am running the manual analysis right now and it’s fixing it!
