Your file name is not standard.
Given nothing shows after this point, I suspect file permissions are preventing PMS from seeing the files.
I will need to see your DEBUG logs ZIP file, collected after you click ‘Scan Files’ to confirm.
Synology is very sensitive to permissions. (It’s Linux).
If you use SMB (Samba) from Windows or Mac to put files on the NAS, those files probably don’t have permission for PlexMediaServer to read.
