Am I crazy to think there should be a "create new playlist" button here somewhere?

I don’t have that many playlists. I wanted to create a playlist of movies I want to show my kids. I clicked the “Playlists” section on the left navigation bar. Then I looked for a “plus” button or something similar to create a playlist. Nothing. Then I tried the 3 dots near the top left. My only option there was “unpin.” I had to Google how to create a playlist, and I’m proud to say that I now know how to do it :-).

Now that being said, shouldn’t there be a button to create a playlist in the playlist section?

FWIW I agree completely. The other day, for the first time in a long time I wanted to make some smart playlists and I had to figure it out all over again too.
