Hey guys
Did I download the wrong Media plex player for mac mini running MAC OS Mojave?
Because it runs like a web browser, and my Logitech harmony remote doesn’t work at all.
So my question is.
Is their another plex player to play content from my NAS on my mac using a remote?

Your player must have started with the web UI. To change to the TV UI, there is an icon in the top bar, the leftmost of the icons on the right.
The other thing to note (at least on mine) is that the area with the icons hides itself after a few seconds and you need to move the mouse to get it to re-appear.

Just a quick info:
I used my Logitech harmony remote all this time to start my tv-receiver-macmini-plex. And it used to all work before High Sierra OS. Plex would start full screen with all content loaded to watch.
I’m hoping for that to reappear.
Once you have got it back into TV mode, go to settings and set the mode to TV, then (I think) it should always start in this mode. But as for the harmony remote, afraid I don’t know
