Today only Amazon has 50% off annual Plex Pass subscription ($19.99). When opening the Plex app on a currently free account it instantly pops up to subscribe and the discount is there (must download Plex from Amazon Underground), but when logging in with my Plex Pass subscribed account there is absolutely no option available. How do we get this offer as an existing subscriber?
I would like to know how to redeem this offer also for a current Plex Pass subscriber.

Usually these deals are for new users, not existing Plex Pass subscribers.
If you email Plex billing and notify them that you want to get the Amazon offer, they can remove the existing subscription you have. Please note, this will delete your current subscription entirely and you will lose any and all remaining time you have on your account. Consider yourself warned.
For me, since I had about 2 weeks left before my month-to-month expired, I only missed out on ~$3, but it was worth it for saving $20 off the annual plan. For someone that has several months remaining, it is probably not worth the loss.
