Just got an email for a 25% off coupon and thought it looked interesting. I read further, “we have a deal for you, our loyal customers: we are offering our yearly Plex Pass subscription at a 25% discount” Ok, I thought, that sounds right up my alley. I click the link to purchase and no dice, it says I already have a Plex Pass.Then I go back to the email and read the tiny print at the bottom in a color almost the same as the background: *Available on new subscriptions only
Gotta love rewarding those “loyal customers” who have never bought a subscription before. Thanks Plex!
