Amazon Fire, Shared Account, Downloaded Latest Version of PLEX, Couple Months Ago, PLEX Streaming Shared Movies Problem with Voices Racing

Shared Movies in PLEX are the problem with characters’ voices racing, but movies in just Amazon Fire server characters’ voices not racing and movies from Amazon Server using PLEX to watch (for free, do not know how that matters, but what the heck) do not have the characters’ voices racing.
During some PLEX movies told to contact PLEX about this; cannot get the message to repeat now.
AT&T Internet Provider, home network (WiFi) & Ethernet Connection is good,
Amazon Fire (not stick)- Dobly Digital Output,
HDMI CEC Device Control is on,
Under PLEX settings says Passthrough DHMI,
