When giving alexa the following command “ask plex to play X”, it comes back with, “looks like you are in the middle of X, do you want to continue where you left off”, I say “no”, and then I get this error:

EDIT: The alexa voice sais that the player “AFTT” cannot be found. (If I hear correctly.)

I attached a log from the Media Server while the error occurred.

PLEX can play movies just fine on the Fire Stick when I manually browse there using the remote, it is only the alexa voice controls through the Plex Skill that is giving this issue.

Would you mind taking a look at the related support article and see if this falls in the category of known limitations for Alexa?

I went through those limitations, and what I am trying to do is not a limitation. The plex skill supports playing a movie, by saying “ask plex to play X”, where X is a movie. It even tells you that you were in the middle of the movie previously, and asks if you want to continue where you left off, or if you want to start from the beginning.

I do have some more information that might help track down the problem. I tried to ask " Ask Plex to change my player", and it said that there is only one player, and that is Firefox. Now, if I ask plex to play a movie, it sais “enjoy X”, where X is the movie, but nothing happens.

Is someone looking into this? If this is not the correct place to ask for support, could you please direct me to the correct place to get support?
