An error has occurred -- Unable to access my Television Folder on PS4

There are two topics related to this already, but no answer :( I'm hoping someone has a solution!

https://forums.plex.tv/topic/143190-an-error-has-occurred/

https://forums.plex.tv/topic/142098-cant-enter-movie-libraries-on-ps4/

The problem comes when going into my Television folder, it simply says "loading" and then times out and says an error has occurred. No more info unfortunately.

I've uninstalled Plex on the PS4 and PC. Reinstalled on both. Restarted everything, restarted the router. Tried different connections (WLAN and LAN). I've deleted everything from the TV folder on Plex and started over. I've removed a huge number of shows to keep the number of files down. My Movies folder works fine. TV used to work, but suddenly stopped.

I took the directories that had files that had been changed/added between when the folder loaded on the PS4 and when it stopped and moved them to a new folder on the PC and a new Folder on Plex, "Television 2". I went into "Television" after moving these files and it WORKED! Happy days! Then I went into "Television 2" and it also worked! The problem must be the size of the directories, right? Wrong.... after "Television 2" worked, "Television" gave me the same error as before.

Now I'm able to watch the shows in one folder, but still unable to access the second folder.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Adam

I replied back to you in at least one of the other threads. Will do my best to recreate the issue you're seeing so we can address it.

I'm having exactly the same issue as this, but on the PS3. Everything worked fine when I first set it up, but after all my media was added, selecting TV Shows on the PS3 app gives me the error. Movies still works.

Has there been any progress on resolving this?

thanks.
