Sorry if this gets posted in the wrong place, first post here! My issue is with the ps4 using Plex. I have various genres of movie folders set up & TV shows as the last entry in the menu run range. My problem is when I scroll down to access the TV shows, it won’t highlight it & stops at the previous menu. I’ve tried uninstalling & reinstalling but to no avail. I haven’t done anything different, this issue has just happened! I can access on deck items but have no way to gain access to browse the TV show menu. Any help will be much appreciated!
This just started happening to me today! It’s not just the categories - I can’t select from my listed servers either. I had 3 and could not get to the last entry. I tried removing one and I still can’t click the down button and select it. Also, when you click on your account you can’t even select the Premium option. This is incredibly broken!
The only tip I can give you to at least get to your TV shows is to hit the right button and highlight one of the ‘On Deck’ or ‘Recently Viewed’ shows, then click down until you get to ‘More’, then click left to go all the way back - this should leave you on ‘TV Shows’ so you can actually click it.
Same problem here… very frustrating.

I checked and like johndfs, the same issue occur for my differents servers too,

I am having the same issue! Just started today. Does anyone know how to submit a bug report? Plex needs to fix this ASAP.
Same here. This bug was my fault. We just pushed another update which fixes the bug. Once you restart your PS4 app you’ll get the updated Plex app with the fixed bug. Apologies!

Phew! Tell you what though, there was a serious disturbance in the Force when we found that bug made out to you all. Not. Cool.
