I have several Movie libraries and one TV library. The TV library seems to work fine, but when I try to enter ANY Movie library, I get about 10 seconds of "Loading..." and then "An error occurred". Selecting Try Again doesn't help. The movies inside the Movie libraries work fine, as long as they're accessed from the main screen, for example from Recently Added Movies or Continue Watching, but it's impossible to view anything inside any of the Movie libraries.
Our HTTP requests will time out after 10s. It's a lifetime in network years.
How many movies are in that library?
I'm also experiencing the same issue, with my TV Shows folder however. Is there a way to increase the timeout length otherwise this removes the whole point of my purchasing a Flex Pass...

This happens with all my movie libraries. The smallest one has about 60 movies in it. The TV library has more than 60 shows in it, yet it loads without any problems. It also loads practically instantly, much faster than 10 seconds. My network is Gigabit Ethernet, so speed is not the problem.
I have the exact same problem. Movies works fine, TV Shows - I cannot go into the folder. I can (and have) watched shows from the main dashboard that are recently added etc.
Everything WORKED when I set it up, and now it's stopped :(
I hope I haven't purchased a Plex Pass for nothing. Please help!!
I created a new topic with some more information, but I thought I'd post it here as well in case anyone is looking into this:
I've uninstalled Plex on the PS4 and PC. Reinstalled on both. Restarted everything, restarted the router. Tried different connections (WLAN and LAN). I've deleted everything from the TV folder on Plex and started over. I've removed a huge number of shows to keep the number of files down. My Movies folder works fine. TV used to work, but suddenly stopped.
I took the directories that had files that had been changed/added between when the folder loaded on the PS4 and when it stopped and moved them to a new folder on the PC and a new Folder on Plex, "Television 2". I went into "Television" after moving these files and it WORKED! Happy days! Then I went into "Television 2" and it also worked! The problem must be the size of the directories, right? Wrong.... after "Television 2" worked, "Television" gave me the same error as before.
Now I'm able to watch the shows in one folder, but still unable to access the second folder.
Any thoughts?
