To rule it out being an issue. Just basic troubleshooting, dont use an old downloaded version get brand new versions from the sites for pms and plexconnect.
ok, i just reinstalled PMS and plexconnect .2 and still receiving the same error..it only occurs when DD is on..enabling DD seems to cause a lot of issues including the problem with the seek bar.
Unless you have your .shsh saved and can downgrade to ios 5.2, you will more then likely be stuck until plexconnect is fixed unless this is an issue with ios itself. What is plexconnect .2 or is that a typo? I assume you are downloading plexconnect-master from here:

yea, I'm stuck. i meant plexconnect v0.2. it was released yesterday or 2 days ago
Maybe file was corrupt or had a bad codec. Personally all my shows are 720p mp4 files. I chose mp4 since it is what the atv, quicktime, itunes, and osx etc uses natively.
I would try mp4’s I think you will be suprised how well it works when you use a good container. Mkv would work but you cannot install infuse since you are using atv3 at this time. To get everything to play nice since its an apple product I would go with the suggested route so your not fighting with mkv’s to work on an native mp4 playing device.
I had posted abt this issue last week. I had encountered this issue off and on. Posted extended logs but nobody can make any sense of it. Because this error come for some tv episodes but again it would not come up with same episodes. I mean you can not predict when it come and when it does. I played same episode several times to recreate this error and got it couple of times but did not get it 5-6 times.
Neither anybody can make any sense of seek bar issue. But these both things are not big deal breakers for ios6 so far. I am sticking because i can not revert back and neither see it such a big problem to go through hassle of doing all that.
I also have problems with the latest update with the seek bar, error loading content message near the end of episodes and audio dropouts. The audio dropouts most frequently occur a few seconds before the black screen where commercial breaks normally are, however on some videos it will occur at a random point and will not return, playing these videos using the web player the audio dropouts do not occur.
I can confirm, as a temporary solution, that changing the Dolby Digital option on the Apple TV itself to OFF solves all of these issues for me.
I think I have figured out what was causing the audio dropouts I was experiencing as well as the "error occurred loading content" at the end of all of my media files. From what I can tell it is an issue in Plex's transcoder! Every file that I was having an issue with I remuxed them into an m4v container, without transcoding the audio or the video, and set the plexconnect option for transcode action to "Direct Play". Every issue I had disappeared!
As an added side benefit, while rewinding and fast forwarding through the media files, I now get a preview of the video rather than a blank screen!
Hopefully this works for everyone else that has been having this problem.
nice find but remuxing to m4v isn;t an option for me. most of my files are mkvs..hopefully a fix soon. missing the last few minutes of a show is really frustrating
