I get this error when trying to play a movie thru Plex app on Shield and PMS client app.

Player Version 4.28.3

Server Version 1.18.5.2309

Is the movie DRM protected?

Plex does not support playing DRM protected content such as movies purchased from iTunes, Google Play, etc.

Ok I’m running windows 10 so that makes sense.
