Hi, I am new to plex and am hoping that someone can help. I have done an internet search and come up with almost no help. I am getting D200 errors when I load my library but these are movies that I have both purchased from iTunes as well as home videos etc. that have been uploaded to my external HD. The only thing I can see from a google search is that I should enable chrome to play restricted content, but that is already enabled. any help would be appreciated.
Can’t help with Mac specifics.
However, you cannot play movies purchased from iTunes, Google, etc. Those are protected with Digital Rights Management (DRM), and Plex cannot play DRM protected content.
