I have one TV in my home running the Fire TV Cube that won’t access Live TV. When I try to access Live TV I get the following error msg:

The TV is on wi-fi and all other streaming (everything in Plex, YouTube TV, YouTube, Sling, Prime Video) work flawlessly. My new router (NETGEAR Nighthawk Wi-Fi 6E Router (RAXE300) | AXE7800) is placed about two feet from the Fire TV Cube on the other side of a wall made of drywall. I couldn’t access Live TV before buying the router and was running an AT&T fiber optic gateway without downstream router. A laptop in the same room and about 15 ft from the router accesses Live TV without problems. A desktop and another TV with Fire TV Cube elsewhere in my home also access Live TV. I have tried connecting with an ethernet cable. I have tried 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi. A check of network download speed shows 383 Mbps on a 5G connection.
This is a long-standing issue and I have tried everything I can think of. Live TV has never worked on that one TV.
Also, I would be happy to provide the requested info for Server Version, Player version, Tuner, etc., but had trouble finding the information. I’m not sure the Server and Player versions I provided are correct. It’s all I could find. You have concealed that information very well.
