After updating fire tv app to latest version I am not able to play live tv anymore, I can say that Is working properly on other devices. This is the error:
There is something I can give to analyze the error or is a known issue?

Same things is happening to me. A Fire TV Stick in my daughter’s room, Toshiba Fire TV in the Living Room and new Fire TV Cube in the Family Room. I have a primary Plex server and a backup on my Synology NAS both connected to my HDHomeRun Prime . Everything is updated to the latest available version but none of the Fire TV gadgets will play Live TV from either server. Help!
I’m typing this on my Windows 10 laptop and when I use Plex Web, I seem to be able to play my Live TV channels just fine.
