Navigation bar disappears with error as caption and a hidden library from homescreen keeps disappearing from the side bar.

You are using Plex Media Player. It has been discontinued for 2+ years.
You should use one of its replacements, Plex Desktop or Plex HTPC.

Jesus Christ I even Downloaded latest version of media player from plex.
I’ve uninstalled everything now and running Desktop.
