I have reinstalled my ubuntu operating system several times thinking it was my system problem and I have also updated plex to its most recent versions and I continue with the same problem in a random way the server shows the following message

An unexpected error occurred while loading this item

looking in the support forum explain that it was a corruption problem of the database, but this is not my case since I have reviewed all the log files and everything is running normally I checked if it was a mistake that firewall or my network and everything is good I do not know what to do I need help

The first thing you need to do is turn off VERBOSE logging. Too much valuable information is lost because Verbose output so much PMS will keep 2-3 minutes in the butter instead of the typical few hours worth.

Please next recreate the problem(s) and we will look again.

It’s best if you do the following.

  1. Verify DEBUG logging only (Verbose off)
  2. Restart PMS
  3. Recreate the problem
  4. Wait 30 seconds
  5. Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
  6. Attach the ZIP file it gives you.
  7. Provide information about what names/files/player(s) you used to recreate the problem
