Server Version1.24.0.4930:
Player Version: Multiple
I am unable to get Plex Arcade to work. I have purchased a new graphics card from the compatibility list (GEFORCE GT 1030) and am still getting a ‘an unknown error occurred.’ error message.
I have attached the plex game transcoder logs for when I try and run the preinstalled Atari 2600 game 3D Tic-Tac-Toe. Transcoder.log|attachment](upload://nN9pZHq7EZDJ4v049MjALwDdu8b.log) (10.2 KB)
I have also tried installing the MAME 2003 emulator and running Donkey Kong, which I have verified works on this same emulator on a Raspberry Pi Retro Arch. This doesn’t show much, just lots of op codes.
I have also tried the Atari game without the Mame emulator installed.
I am running on a Windows 2016 server with 80gb ram, 2 xeon CPUs and the above mentioned graphics card, so server spec shouldn’t be an issue.
Trying other preinstalled games gives similar errors in the transcoder log.
