Plex Arcade - Errors

Hello,

I’m trying the trial of the Plex Arcade. As of now I haven’t had any luck getting anything to work with it. To keep it simple, I’m just going to focus on the pre-installed Atari games, since I would expect those to work without any extra major modifications.

Every time I try to run a game I get a “Playback Error” with the following error codes:

An unknown error occurred.
Error code: -7007 (Unknown)

Unable to start game session.
Error code: 99 (Game Server)

I don’t get any audio prior to the error. It doesn’t even look like it’s loading. I have a HP desktop computer running Windows 10 and 8gb of RAM. It has a built in Intel graphics. I would not call my setup a “headless” unit because even though the computer is chucked in a corner, it does have a monitor plugged into the video card. My Plex Media server starts down in the system tray but I don’t believe it’s set up as a service since I force the computer to auto-log in to run the Plex Media Server.

Based on the requirements I would possibly say that maybe it’s the video card, but I don’t think it’s getting that far to fail on it. I attached the log files. I’m hoping that someone can shed some light on this. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a lot of documentation or help on this.

Thanks in advance!
Tom

Seems like an issue with your graphics card ~ Error Codes - 7007 (Your Version Of OpenGL Is Not Supported) – Parsec

Ok thanks for looking at that. I had a feeling that was the case but as I stated it didn’t seem like it was getting that far. The bummer part is having to out such a high end video card in a system that isn’t used outside of Alex. One of the NVidia GT video cards would be perfect but it’s listed as not being compatible. :frowning:
