PLEX ARCADE -- "A critical error occurred. Error code: -15000 (Unknown)"

I have Plex Server running on A Mac Pro Tower, 32GB RAM, 6-Core CPU… however all games will not work — after researching this issue there is apparently a Parsec incompatibility with the graphics card. Unless I missing another cause from that error code. Oddly, this same Mac runs my entire classic arcade (and has been for years).

If it is a compatibility issue, a link to the list should have shown right with the advertisement for the new service before signing up … and now loosing out on the trial ultimately. Unless there is another solution?

I am running into the exact same issues with a very similar build. Any updates on if this was resolved via the new build? struggling to find any additional details.
