I’ve been having a problem connecting with “Classic Mary Berry” on Watch Movies and Shows. Often it has shown the circling animation and never loads. I’ve gotten a lot of An unknown error occurred (1002) . Is the streaming system flaky, or is it something on my end?

(The software version you have given above is suggesting that you are using the “Plex for Windows/Mac” desktop app and not the “web” app.)

Activate the debug logs in your player. (Settings - Plex for Mac - ‘Show Advanced’ - Debug),
Try to play one of these videos,
please fetch log files from your player app.

Zip them up please and either attach them here or send them to me as PM.

Thanks for the reply. I don’t see a place to indicate debug on my screen. Am I at the right screen?

It’s right there on the left side, wedged in between Quality and Player.

Darn… I thought I had good eyes… actually I was looking in the main part of the page, not the options on the left- thanks. The problem has not reoccured, but I will turn this on before my next session in case it does. Thanks.
