"Analyze" function sometimes not working

I hope someone can help me out here:

Every now and then the skip intro button on tv shows is not showing up.
First: on the Library settings the “mark intros in tv shows” is set to “as a scheduled task and when media is added.”

Now if I mark the episode and select “analyze” the magic wand appears on the episode. But if I play this episode Plex doesn’t show the skip intro button.

I’ve checked different files from this tv shows and they all have the “skip intro” marker and ID. They look like this:

That suggests that it’s not a problem with the file analysis, but rather the client not showing the “Skip Intro” button appropriately.

Specific problematic client versions may be helpful here.

My client is a Apple TV 4K 1st Generation A1842 (64 GB) on tvOS 26.2 (23K54). This is my main client for consuming Plex content.

I had this problem with Plex Experience Preview 2025.30.0 Build 1388 and earlier versions and sometimes on Plex for Apple TV 8.45 (released January 29th 2025) too.
