Beat head on wall… Im back with another question and hopefully someone can help me out with an answer. Win 10 server windows is up to date plex server is up to date android samsung 24 ultra is up to date, uninstalled plex client app reinstalled cleared cashe and it too is up to date. Every show / movie i tried seems to play except one tv series. ( probably more i have not yet discovered)Plex server plays it fine at the server pc. Vlc plays it fine over network on another pc. The show plays fine over network on plex app using roku ultra but dammed if i can get it to play on any of our android phones on wi fi or cellular. My server settings are set to max 1080 and make it hurt transcoding…anybody got an idea what is going on? Cannot say for sure but i wish i still had ability to test the app using an external player. 
Update : I can play it just fine on my phone over network using synology nas and vlc player…again pointing to a shortcoming of some sort with plex native player
Please reproduce and provide app and server logs.
